I was thinkin of buyin that Hellgate: London game that comes out in a few days, and i just want peoples opinion of he game, if you played the demo etc. i played the demo and loved it, but i just want to see if anyone else has played it or has any thoughts about this

I heard of it. It seems cool and all, but it's all so dark and sad.. I'm more the happy-fantasy-mmo fan xD
I hate Old Ascalon too, but I just love(d) the pre-searing.

A friend of mine has tried it and liked it, but personally I was put off by the Choose to pay option. You can get a regular free2play account, but if you pay monthly you get a lot of bonuses (more character slots, first access to new content etc), and from what I've heard from other sources, it's not particualrly balanced.

All that said, my friend that played it did enjoy it, and didn't think the differences would be too huge.

yeah i must admit: the subion part of the game is the thing that might put me off online play, and that cartoon is a really good way of showing it
