Its not Halloween Contest. Its North America's chance to get them Rare Minis. Europe had a chance, Asia got theres. Its out turn now. :P

Unless they start offering these as 'Global' offers and give everyone the same chance to win a mini, and quit with the region specific ones, then some people will always be a bit miffed about it and say that others get more/better mini offers.
Though there's probably some stupid laws in some countries that don't allow this distribution method or something!
I do prefer this distribution method to the Euro one though as only GW players will get them, and all North Americans have a chance, whereas not all Europeans had mags in their country.

Yer, Aussies get nothing, we dont exsist :C I dont think theres ever been anything for Australians.... except sometimes we get the PC gamers (gray giant/asura/destroyer) but none of the rare stuff them stuff is for like all world...
