There are always loads of districts when an event is on, kamadan had 20 when I went. Start in the lowest district you can get in, when that ends warp to the highest district, the event starts a little later in each district. I started in LA4 then warped to Kamadan 14 as soon as the LA event finished.

Bad luck mate. I'm nice enough to show the Festival guy my Helms, cause I'm nice and all. But when I delete them, he will laugh at me and leave teh game forever. :D
Buts.... I loves the two new helms this year. :)

It is such a shame that you can't add insignia, if you could I would wear my Freezie Crown all the time, looks great with my armor combo :)
