No word yet. Even guesses are a little premature. It could be before the Winter Holiday Event. If so, expect it around Thanksgiving, but I am doubtful of that. A better chance is after the Event. But the absolute best bet would be Soon™.

On a tuesday, my guess would be not tomorrow, but the week after or the week after that, so either the 13th or the 20 is my guess.

Actually, it is on or before December 10th. That day we'll get our VG bonuses. And that is based on the fact they claimed we can get up to 3,000,000 prestige as a bonus. That is 20,000 x 150. And they said the VG size will increase to 150 with I11.
(I figure this all out by myself! I definitely did not read Big's logic on the heroes forums.)
