These skills are acquired by talking to a Hero Skill Trainer at Kamadan, the Sunspear Great Hall, or the Command Post. They each cost a hero skill point to acquire, but your heroes cannot use these skills.

go to great hall or kamadan or command post talk to the hero skills guy u need hero skill points to get the skill. GL
