| Free Trial when it comes out? |

Do you know if they will be offering a free trial when this comes out? Because the game does look pretty cool.

It has come out last Friday. I bought the box, and it came with a 14 day trial buddy key, not for Tabula Rasa but for City of Heroes :)
Usually free trials only start after the initial rush cools down and they want to attract new players. I am afraid for now you'll have to wait and drool over our screenies. Or, of course, buy the game. It does come with a months subion.

There was actually some kind of Free Trial going on last weekend. At least that's what the Big Man Richard said to the EU crowd.
And the latter stages of Beta were one big Free Trial. ;-)
TR is selling better than expected for now, so not sure how soon you'll see another freebie from this game. Right now they're getting enough people.

Yeah I think probably about febuary you will see the trial come out, the christmas rush, kids with money from christmas, then febuary or march to compete with the new games coming out in late Q1, and Q2.

Good point. Main competitors would be Huxley and Chronicles of Spellborn as both have similar FPS/MMOG crossover concepts. So expect Trials around the time of their release. Which in case of will be sometime this decade. I'm pretty sure, for at least one of them...

the buddy key was a free trial of CoX not the game itself.
If you buy the game you get a free month to try it, your only out the cost of the game, and if you like it then you can pay the subscr-iption fee

I bought it! I got the pre-order and the collectors edition...only a $10US difference...I said meh.

It came with a mini pet like thing...I have yet to open it. also came with a LOGO already and I think some other stuff. Oh and exclusive armor dye. I dont know what most of this stuff is...so ya!
Also in the box came with some map cards, a poster, a big book, a DVD and its all in a cool, big box.

Yeah I saw the dye was specific to where you pre-ordered, walmart was white, best buy i think was orange and there was a third place I cant remember.
Went to the game store and saw the minipet today too, looked kinda cool.
