| Question regarding new contacts |

Hi,
I've just started playing cov. I must say I found the game abit confusing. I've played others MMORGS like DOAC, L2, RF Online, WoW but i've never seen so bad a in-game help function. -so thank god for this great site. I've really used it alot :)
I've started working on the Dr. Shelly Percey missions to get the badge. I'm almost level 14 now and halfway with her missions, so my question is: Can I do newspaper mission now and get Dmitri Krylov as contact even tho im not done with Dr. Shelly Percey? My problem is I'll outlevel him if I finish Dr. Shelly Percey mission and thereby can get the Shady badge... I've already missed the Bone Collector badge...

Yes you can, just do another mayhem mission for your broker then you can pick him up, but hes a boring contact you'd be better off just finishing shelly percy and waiting for the 15 - 20 contacts. But if your really determind you could though you would out level him, possibly before you even get to him

Not necessarily. The Shady badge can be obtained by both Dmitri Krylov's "Bring citizens to Vahzilok surgeons" mission, and the Television in Grandville's "Battle for Television".
Unless you just NEED it because of your character concept, then you can save it until 45 and get it with Television. It's only in Heroes that it's needed for an Accoladen so it's not so important here on the red side.

I'd actually rather see you concentrat of Shelley's Mask Maker Badge mission if you haven't gotten it yet. For the following reasons:
* The Krylov mission doesn't give the Shady Badge; it is the mission map that does it. Ibelieve that map is used a time or two later in the game.
* With the impending advent of Issue 11 and the Flashback abilities of Ouroboros missions; you can always go back and do the arc from Krylov.
* I am not sure that Shelley's badge mission will be available since it is a non-arc mission.
