Anyone got any leveling tips? Wondering what's better- mobs or quests...?

Normally quests give higher XP. I like to do quester a few levels if possible as it gives more XP. However, I always use my destiny points for the double XP which works out great on kill quests. Also, you points are account wide so you can do monster play in PVP earn points and use then on any lvl 10 character.
