Yep. Just open a second instance of CoX, like you would any other file/program.

It does, what you're problably questioning is the ability to open 2 CoX updaters at the same time. It'll close one if you try to run 2 simultaneously, but just log in with one to the account screen, and then alt+tab, and open the other updater.
