i just got a new comp with vista, etc, etc
BUT (yes theres a catch)
it keps sending me this whenever i try opening GW:

my video card is an Nvidia 8800 GT OC

i already have directX 10, so im guessing the problem is something with my driver? how do i upgrade that

start gw press f11 before your putting in your un and pw then go gfx and use autio detect. if you cant do that then run windows in safe mode press f8 before you get the windows logo and try runnign it then.
edit or get the driver

i tried the vista [32-bit] download, and it says thats not what im running on. but im pretty sure it is. so im confused

best guys to speak to are anet tech support they will be getting hundreds of quesitons have a look there and post a support ticket.

Ive got a laptop with vista, just installed GW on it and it works fine. nor problems. it just takes a while to download every area/town

post your computer specs. also are you running the 32bit or 64bit version of Vista?
