Belshazaars journal of things that make him angry

Yea so a lot of things make me angry...I don't wanna make a bajillion threads so I will just try and update this one. Keep checking in if you wanna hear me ramble!

First I am tired of all these arbitrary nerfs.

Making pets unexploitable corpses? couldn't they have done something more productive.

The new soul reaping nerf? Wha? I mean it doesn't really change that much...so what was the point?

I am still pissed about the armor nerf from a while back...CHANGE IT BACK!!!!

Oh and I am angry about that guy getting banned for having an "Inappropriate name." That was utter crap. Mur dvr or something.

Oh yea and I'm tired of this crappy economy. Why the crap does it take 2 hours to buy an overpriced elite Tome in LA? I need that elite skill now and for cheap!!!

Oh and why can these morons get away with theft but I can't sell my Urgoz longbow for a reasonable price? I bought it for 80k is 40k to much to ask for?

Last thing for right now is dishonor....If I get it because of some retard wammo In RA I am gonna snap....

They are not arbitrary, they come because of PvP is getting balanced all the time

This was also a PvP update, to prevent thumpers + MMs from rampaging HA

On the other hand side, it gave a complete rebirth to HA, and PvP gameplay. Now rits are more effective at ritualist healing than necros.

A-net never cared about GW's economy, and that is perhaps what will be the ultimate doom for this game later on, when the prices have plummeted even further

About the last one did it really need to get edited? ***EDIT again***Yes it did*** the only people who would get offended is the people doing the screwing and I doubt any of them care what I think. They are on thanksgiving break for 2 weeks livin it up...

Anyway the nerfs to pvp seem really arbitrary to a person who only does a little pvp and mostly pve.

Sorry Bal, everything is fair game except politics and relgion. We have too many people from too many different cultures and those are the are just too heated to get into, they go into peoples core beliefs and I dont want to mess with that.

Now if you want to talk about politics of gaming thats fine, dont like a new bill to ban a game? Dont like new regulations for the rating systems? Ok, but general american politics no.

The problem with the GW economic is that it's to much based on our economic (but kept to basic).

Let's talk supply and demand, you demand a Tome, alot of people demand Tome's actually.
So normally production of Tome's would increase (since it's more profitable): more employee's, larger factory's more facility's, faster production and so on ...
But you can't have the same heroe 2,3x more or farm him with the same build faster or easier...

Although that's also a good thing, since some things won't rush to overpriced quicker.

Another thing is, that EVERYTHING never brakes down.
You think shields last a life time after getting 5 to 6 Hammer Blows (I'll be happy if it survives one) or a Helmet after getting a Fireball to the Face (or a Boot to the Head ^^).

I R havin' to much timez, by the wayz...

one thing they should have done a long time ago is seperate PVP and PVE skills, same skill set but a pvp balance DOES NOT effect PVE and a pve balance DOES NOT effect pvp, this would keep everything settled with pve'rs complaining about the pvp balances and the pvpers complaining about the pve balances, it wouldnt take too much time on A-nets part but would do a world of good

The urgoz bow - a year ago (or when ever you bought it) the supply was smaller, so the price was higher. Now, the supply is higher so the price has dropped.

I bet that somewhere else you complained because there wasn't enough of something to go around and you had to pay more. Now, the supply has gone up so prices are down and you are complaining again.

Yes, Anet does care about the economy, but you can't have it both ways - high prices and high supply. Welcome to a free economy.

The only thing I disagree with is the "arbitrary" nerfs. Everything except for the armor nerf I fully see why it was nerfed.

Pets no longer leaving exploitable corpses and soul reaping were nerfed to destroy Sway. The thumpers along with the N/Rts were annoying.

when you say about the armour nerf are you talking about them making all armour have an inion slot and being blank of inions when first made??

I think with the armor nerf he means the one where you can only have a max amount of armor from a skill.

The point was to balance HA more. Spiritway had 2 N/Rt with Spirit Transfer which made them infuse and not lose hp which made it a lot easier. So by nerfing soul reaping they don't have any energy to heal with spirit transfer.

If you have multiple armor buffs that are each lower than 25 (or 24?), they cannot go over +25(24) armor when combined. HOWEVER, if you have one armor buff that takes you over +25(24) such as Kinetic Armor, that alone counts even if you have other armor buffs.

So, Armor of Earth will give you the full benefits by itself but when Kinetic Armor is cast, that will take its place (not so sure if the first armor buff stays) and the only way Armor of Earth will be affecting is through the slow down.

some time ago all armor buffs stacked so you could get like this
Aavatar of balth +40Al + Physical recistance +40Al = +80AL

but now you only get +24AL ><
