look
when click to play i get a loading screen
then another inside the game
but when this loading screen finishes(the in-game loading screen) i get this problem

i downloaded from the site, and the big problem, listed above, i think its from the installer, since i get 4 file errors(listed above too)
i have already tried to repair, no results

welcome to Gameamp!
Got a question.
How do you know those specific files have a problem?
They're not mentioned above in the error message.
Regardless, on the surface it looks like corrupted file issue.
Does eXteel come with its own updater? In that case, the easiest fix might be to remove the problematic files and vane eXteel download new ones for you. This all depends on whether or not eXteel has an updater which does that. I do not know. You may want to just try it, it's just an Open Beta for now and worst case is you ahve to download it all once more.
If the problem persists, I suspect you contact NCSoft Support on the issue. The game is still in (Open) Beta so issues like these will be of interest to them.

Iani, i know that those files are corrupted because of the setup
it comes with a mensage that says that the file may be corrupted and i have 3 options: repeat (inutile) abort (quit setup) and Ignore (continue)
this problem happens on those 4 files.
and about the updates... they cant be the problem because i complete them without problems, everything is fine
i think that if a player could send those files to my mail it would start to work, the location of the files is listed
i rly wanna play this game

Hey hontyo9,
Thanks for the update. Bear in mind, we're working with the information you provide us. So we were unaware of the installation giving you those files. Thanks for adding that this time around.
I proposed the update as a solution, not a problem.
Rather than have someone e-mail those files to you, take the 5 minutes to find and delete those files. Then let the updater get the correct ones to you. It's a method that's so far worked for every MMOG I played and had corrupted files with.

Thanks a lot lana, im playing exteel now, after i deleted the files i could play the game, but the updater didnt downloaded the files, i still get some errors, but they are rare, for example, i cant access the tutorial, but its nothing serious and im playing, so, Thanks. =)
