well i got a pm from some guy saying i stole his name... first off, if the name was old enough to take, you didnt really want it.. second off he said hes been playing for 5 months..me, 26months and the name was on my first ever character which is my main.. a warrior name Loki Of Norway... he kept trying to say he was gonna report me for stealing his name..(can you even do that?)..and i told him thats fine cause then ill just send a screenshot of my age and the age he claimed to be.. and that ive been playing about 21 months longer then he has...i will never get over the stupidity of some people out there.... not that harsh of a rant, but it did frustrate me and i thought it was stupid funny....so i had to get it out
anyone else get something this stupid?

this 1 kid just came up to me and said "you stole my ecto now give it back!" i didnt know what he was talking about but then he said he would report me so i said cram it up your @$$ and he reported me for offensive language.....as far as i know i havnt gotten banned sooo ya theres mine

I wouldnt worry about anything, if the name is taken the name is taken theres nothing he can or anet would/can do about it. Your ok.
Hes gonna have to find a different name, let him report all he wants.

I had a guy once report me for "Stealing his armor" all I said was "Ok?" and I got banned for 24 hours for abusing, I just laughed it off and went outside.

I had someone tell me I stole his build when I was in a group...it was a normal splinter/barrage build I made...he said that i hacked his system to find out the build then copied it...i was just in so much dis-belief...

hah! I had some guy tell me I stole his name. My warrior's name is Azn Sensation and I've had him for 22 Months. His Ranger's name was A Z N Sensation. We actually got in the same group for the Wilds and kept pming me to delete my war and stuff. He said he reported me for verbal abuse, but nothing happened.
quit gw for good. end of story.

Chrisworld, inregards to names, the first time i invited you i invited Djinn Slayer, not Dijnn Slayer. both existed.
and there's a Tarren Night Shadow that looks identical to my Tarren Nightshadow character. they're even on my friends list as there is some kind of worship thing going on which kind of freaks me out more than flatters me. lol.
the easiest way to tell the imposter from the real is that lack of obsidian armor on the imposter, and titles. :P
yea, we'd get groups in Sorrow's Furnace when it first came out that would purposely let the tank die at the end in case Rago's flame staff dropped and it was for the warrior. the monk's would keep them alive just until the last second.
I MMed a few runs like that with my friend SSing where i had a good 20+ minions (the good ol' days) and when i saw that happen, we'd grab our drops and then leave and let the monks try and stay alive with 20+ fresh Lvl 18 bone fiends killing them =)
figured, even if the evil monks didn't die we'd at least try our justice.
although, some smack talking pug warriors i think did deserve to die at the end too :P just not lose their drops.

but back on topic, i always get ppl like that, its quite fun to be honest. i had one guy saying, "dude wers my money? dude wers my money? my money dude wer is it?"
after he spammed me with this for some time i asked him to give me his account details and sort code so that i could process his transaction. That confused him so much he decided shut him the fik up.
i liek to see the fun side of those things :D

Oh ok lol, its Dijnn Slayer btw, the other guy you can just un invite or whatever, i don't know him.
I WOULD have had that name if i hadn't been stupid enough to rush make a char and forget how to spell Djinn.... X.x
It was a sword from Diablo 2 with the name i had access to all the time for crying out loud lol, but i dont care anymore... haha Hes too old and experienced to remake and the real name has been long since taken... oh well
PS: I Pm'd your account here about the AMP agreement and stuff like that, hope you can help because i had no clue where to agree... haha

no i ment recently with chris, i posted a therapy cat one in that thread "Belshazaars journal of things that make him angry" thing and after that chris and some oter people started spamming them in that thread lol,
you may have started it before but i just ment over last day or so. :)
