Since my last topic about this got deleted in a strange way :s couldn't find anything wrong in the rules so...
For several months, some guildies of mine worked on a new website. The idea started in March this year to make a website to bring guilds closer to each other . They worked out the idea and started to work on the website called Guild Base, which is in fact an organizer for parties in GW.
Some interesting features
Easy guild creation system: Every guild member can register on the website and join their guild. Officers and the leader can accept applications, kick guild members. The leader can promote people, just like the in game guild roster.
Calendar: Add your characters to the database and form guild parties on your guild calendar. Sign up for (specific) parties, and explore the world of Guild Wars easier than ever before. This is a new feature that can help guilds organize parties and events.
Guild-Base has a forum as well, dedicated to true GuildWars fans.
We hope you will take a look at this website. We had a lot of work on it and we hope it will bring guilds closer to each other.

I guess the original thread may have been deleted as it may have been seen as trying to take members away from here, which is so not the case.
The primary functions of guild base are two things:
1. The event calendar so that guilds can organise activities so much easier (look out for the 'global' calendar so those without a guild can organise and people from different guilds can get together - still currently in early development stages)
2. Recruitment for players looking for guilds, guilds looking for alliances and vice versa.
The forums are part of the site but the main attraction for other forum users are the points above ^^ I doubt anyone would want to desert AMP but I'm sure those 2 things would come in handy :)
• Guild Wars: Mutants [MU] • Age of Conan: Ampian Forerunners •
