Ok, so i've seen these templates with all 8 elite skills and all attributes were 12 and funny ones like a "poke the baby" template where 1 = contemplation of purity, 2 = mend condition, 3 = contemplation of purity, 4 = mend condition, etc. Does anyone know how to make these kinds of templates?I know it has something to do with arranging the code, but how?

I tried arranging the code a few times... got as far as like 3 or 4 of the same skills...
But... easy way to do it, if you really want to do it, is empty your skill bar and use tomes. Lol

Probablly the easiest way for you to do this would be to use PvXWiki.com and make a template that has the skills you want. Then, it'll generate the template code and you can just pop that in-game.

You could also try using any of those skill template making programs, I know there's quite a few that contain all skills and allow you to see Attribute point ranks, etc.
By the way: If you want me to make up a code for you on PvX, I can do that if you have the skills you want.
