i remember when i saw the bear form i thought o sweet but i never saw any one using the skill now is that skill actually out or do only npcs get it
and if u don't get it still has any one gotten the norn bear form skill
no not the ursan skills the bear form this one

ya it's still used by players a lot... great for high end area.s though it does make them feel to easy

Bear form will be a skill for all NORN characters. I wonder if they will increase the skill bar to 9 or 10 rather than 8!

(in Guild Wars 2)
Currently Bear Form is an NPC only skill.

not to flame....but you never really have anything usefull to say do you?
anyway as others have said bear form is just used by norn NPC's, ursan blessing is as close as we have for pve skills
