I literally see nothing in that build that I would change. One thing you may or may not prefer will have to do with your epic power pool (when you get there) is that primal mastery has force of nature, which is quite handy in any situation, if you feel you have enough holds and slows to skip the ice mastery set. Then again, that is likely anti-conceptual, but just an idea, everything else looks to me like ownage.
Edit: Sorry, its not Primal mastery (thats the controller epic, silly me) its force mastery. I've always been up in the air for blaster epics, so much goodness its hard to choose which way to go.

The only thing I would change would be to drop Freeze Ray and pick up Hasten at lvl 8 and Super Speed at lvl 30. I would also skip Bitter Freeze Ray because even though the animation was shortened a while back it's still just a tad too long and anyone with even a bit of sense will bring BFs so you'd just be wasting your time holding them. Damage is your #1 concern.
