Well, a few days ago i was going through the attic and found a box with my old SNES(Super Nintendo) and a handfull of games. I then remembered the blast i had with these games and recently decided to build up a collection, thusfar i have
Super Mario Bros
Super Mario Bros All Stars
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
Megaman X
Clayfighters
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy Kongs Quest
Zelda:Link to the Past
Super Ghouls N Ghosts
Illusion of Gaia
im currently watching on ebay
Super Metriod
Zombies Ate my Neighbors
The Lost Vikings
Joe+Mac 2
Mario Paint
Final Fantasy II+III
i plan on getting the other two donkey kong countrys and megaman games if i can find them cheap enough. I know there are a plethora of games out there that i used to spend hours on and even more i never tried, if any of you are classic game buffs could you possibly suggest a few. Im a big fan of old school rpg's and side-scrollers like metriod/contra but ill try pretty much anything(except sports games, never have been a big fan of those) Also idk if this is allowed here, but if any of you have games for the SNES you're looking to get rid of E-mail me at zine_hippie@yahoo.com and we'll talk.

SNES's...I still play on mine occasionally. <3 Donkey Kong. We also had Street Fighter Turbo, Bomberman and Micro Machines. (I know - no Mario - I have been informed this is a crime!)

the collection of sonic games on PS2 is still my greatest buy of all time.
sonic 1-3, mean bean machine, 3d blast, pinball, etc.... all on one disk (yes i know some of them suck, but come on- theyre classic)

i'm 16 and i got a snes to, it came out when i was about 5-6... to think that then they found mortal combat to be 16+ and it's basically a kid's game if you compare it to manhunt, or gears of war (the chainsaw).

I'm 19, but I know when Donkey Kong Country came out I was 5....trying to play that at age 5 was amusing. I just liked pressing the buttons really ^_^ (and then my dad would get annoyed cause I'd messed up his game!)

My brother still plays his original nintendo all the time! We had atari when I was little...god now I feel old...lmao.
I loved pong, river raid, other stupid games I cant remember the names of. My brother plays duck hunter on the NES all the time he has the original guns and everything...its kinda sad really. Growing up my bro and I had almost every system ever made, all but the dream cast because that was horrid, we had sega, game gear, game boy, atari's (cant remember the numbers but we had more than one), nintendo, sega cd, Playstation 1 and 2, gamecube. Yep pretty much everything.

God I miss the old PS game where you were a wizard in training and you were suddenly attacked by dragons and Dragon Dragon would pop up to alert you of it. Then after the text disappeared the dragon would rise and breath fire on the people summoning him...
Can't remember the name at the moment though... Someone help him out ... |

Closely followed by FF 2-3, of course.

Don't forget the awesome Aerosmith game for SNES...I could never beat that game, maybe it was because it was the terrible aim or it was because Aerosmith music was playing in the background.

I envy those who still have a working system (mine has been dead for a year now, been playing on emulators), but I still have my collection, which is too large to name off, but Turtles in Time is FTW, E.V.O. is also, FTW, along with Doom and Wolfenstein 3D (PC and on SNES FTW), F-Zero, LoZ aLttP, Megaman 7, X-X3, Revolution X and a bunch of others.
Get E.V.O. if you have it not, NO COLLECTION IS COMPLETE WITHOUT IT, So says Saji unto you all!

Another good place to look for that stuff is the Pawn shops around town. I just went to one to get some CD's (they go for 3 dollars) and I noticed they had NES, SNES, and others.
