Ok, this tells me a three things.
A) Go update your Unified ATI drivers.
B) Should that not magically solve your problems, try lowering your graphics settings, in particular lower any shader settings. The X1300 is Shader 2.0 compliant, on paper. Real world tends to differ a bit.
C) Seriously, go update that ATI driver.
