I know that this has probably been posted millions upon billions of times, but is it possible to get the Mission Bonus Pack if you didnt pay the 40$ through the store? And is it available on the shelves?

It is not available unless you payed the $30 in the in-game store at the time it was going on.
It is not available in stores, nor anywhere else.

how long was this going on for? i remember buying profacies in the store a year ago, and i got the prof and nightfall skill packs online T.T (the game i got about a year ago though)

I didnt have a Creditcard so A-net had something like: ''You dont have a CC, well F**ck you then''
I bought every GW thing (all the campaigns, expansion, pre-orders) and still im not qualified for not having a CC. I really feel backstabed here.

lol...you dont need a CC go to wal-mart, give them 30 dollars for a prepaid card with 30 dollars on it, use that in GW store and you have BMP

if it was as easy as that... I live in the Netherlands, and Creditcards are as rare as crystalline swords where i live. -_-

A-Net just made a push for advertising their online store - where they don't have to pay a middleman and get all of the money. It's smart of them to try to push people to use the online store.

I could i would have bought EoTN in local stores and spend €30 on character slots and upgrades, but like I said in my previous posts, without a Creditcard it isnt easy to do that.

He didn't say a credit card. He said you could have taken $30 and gotten a $30 gift card (Visa Gift Card for example) to use in the online store. It's very, very simple to do, and if the Netherlands doesn't have gift cards in any of its stores, then all I have to say is,"Boooo Netherlands."
