How do you know those statistics aren't made up? How does that site find out all that information? i mean. They find your ethincity ( spelling unsure ) just from your computer?. All of those are made up that's what i think.

So I believe it. It's an estimated guess based on taking small surveys and appling the answers to large figures. Makes sense to me, seeing how privacy takes place and the ability to actually survey every single person is near impossible.

I'm a girl and I play GW (yay me!)
I do use myspace to stay in contact with my family, I dont have over 60 ppl and it's a mix of some friends and the rest family. I'm not like some girls and use it for attention( not sayin ALL girls use 4 attention, just SOME). Nor do I use it to meet people.

As far as Myspace is concerned. Your one of the few that actually "dont" use it for attention. I know, for a fact, myspace is populated by girls because of that little attention BS. My sisters, my sisters girl friends and their girl friends and their girl friends and so on all use myspace. Considering my sisters are minors...16 etc...they freaken treat myspace like it's the brand new mustang for their birthday. Constantly being used to promote their "popularity". Pretty much wehre I live the rule goes as follows...
"If you don't have a myspace profile, then your a loser". LOL, it's the truth down here.
What happend to the good old AIM messenger? Pssshhh no...I ask a girl out, shes like "cool, I message you on myspace". Oh well thanks...but I could just give you my phone number? lolz. Dumb crap...

I dont like to admit I have myspace because I dont want to be stereotyped as those girls. It is much easier than e-mailing and calling on the phone because of changed numbers and changed/ unused e-mail. If there was another way I could keep in touch with my family I would. I cant herd them up and use AIM an we are hardly ever close enough to eachother to visit. We tried the family website but noone used it, and sadly, myspace is where they're all at.

point well said Wyat. My cousin has a myspace not to gather people up for a massive genocide, but rather to keep an eye on when his favorite bands have a concert that are near.

I have a myspace as well.
Most kids use it as a social network for after school and such to keep in touch.
I am not emo BTW.
Approving guides since November 2007.
