I regularly solo the Fronis dungeon with my elem....unfortunately I don't have the build to hand at the moment to post here :)

Heh, I imagine you've got the wrong dungeon in mind. Fronis Irontoe's Lair is a forced single-player dungeon requiring you to use Brawling skills to take out the vast numbers of stone summit in the dungeon.

I'd say that you meant Secret Lair of the Snowmen, which you can access after you complete a quest from Koris Deeprunner(Deeprunner's Map), in Umbral Grotto.
