I do not have one but;
I have heard they are great.
They run on AT&T only I believe. Correct me if I am wrong.

iphone is over hyped and over priced. It only works on AT&T unless you hack it basically so you can use another sim card. "this is legal"
I may have purchased it if it worked with other carriers right out of the box but locking down anything now days is so stupid.

i do not have the iphone, but i do indeed have the itouch, the iphone is the best all in one phone i have seen out, the scratch less screen is the first +, the price is iffy, but look at the price for a 8gb Ipod with a touch screen! i have heard that the sound quality when talking was not the best, but for what its worth its defenetly the best phone out! (imo)

i know a few people with iPhones, although I do not own one myself. This is pretty much the summary I've picked up from them:
pros
its a great thing to really show off and people will crowd around it
there are some really cool apps that you can download/play
its sturdier than you'd think
cons
using the screen quickly (ie texting) isnt very easy, hitting the wrong letter or having it not register is common when typing fast, therefore you are restricted
no video as stated before
internet is basically WiFi (at least with the plan that my friends had) what i mean is that the internet you get is the same internet you'd get if you brought your laptop around
unlocking the phone to be used on T-mobile doesnt seem to be too hard (when my friend did it) but overall the price isnt too attractive and i wouldn't get it. the features is has don't make up for the price imo.

Quoted for truth, you're spot on. they have released the "iTouch" in Canada... it's hte iPhone without the phone part in it... which is kind of retarded but w/e xD
