Dual Blades // SR 

I've been playin this char since i11 went live and i have to say that its been a blast. I've been crusing along and just hit lv.23 today. I just wanted to post my build to get some input. When i reach 50 i wanna look at IO Sets and have really no idea what sets would be good. Heres the build im using so far:

Lv.1 - Nimble Slash (2 acc, 3 dam)
- Focused Fighting (2 end. red., 3 defense?
Lv.2 - Ablating Strike (2 acc., 3 dam., 1 end. red)
Lv.4 - Agile (3 def. buff)
Lv.6 - Typhoon's Edge (2 acc., 3 dam., 1 end. red.)
Lv.8 - Blinding Feint (2 acc., 2 rech)
Lv.10 - Practiced Brawler (3 rech.)
Lv.12 - Swift (1 run)
Lv.14 - Health (3 heal)
Lv.16 - Combat Jumping (1 def. buff)
Lv.18 - Vengeful Slice (2 acc., 3 dam., 1 end. red.)
Lv.20 - Stamina (3 end. mod.)
Lv.22 - Super Jump (2 jump)
Lv.24 - Focused Senses (2 end. red., 3 def. buff)
Lv.26 - Sweeping Strike (2 acc., 3 dam., 1 end. red.)
Lv.28 - Dodge (3 def. buff)
Lv.30 - Quickness (1 run)
Lv.32 - 1K Cuts (2 acc., 3 dam., 1 end. red.)
Lv.35 - Lucky (3 def. buff)
Lv.38 - Elude (3 rech.)
Lv.41 - Conserve Power (3 rech.)
Lv.44 - Evasion (2 end. red., 3 def. buff)
Lv.47 - Power Slice ( 2 acc., 3 dam.)
Lv.49 - Focused Accuracy (3 end. red.)

This is what i've been following so far, and its served me well up to 23. I was also wondering if I should put one
defense enhancment in Elude, i've heard that its maxed without it but i dont know for sure. Any help on IO sets for when i get to 50 is greatly appreciated too. Thanks in advance for any help.

I can't tell you about the IOs because I don't have time to look at them. However...

Your defense toggles really only need 3-4 slots in them. With Stamina, the endurance they use is minimal. 1 End Reducer is more than enough and most of them can actually get away with none.

The Passives can always be added into your build later on. They're not game breakers in the early game. You're at 23 now, so now would actually be a good time to add them (this is for other people looking to build an SR scrapper since you're already there).

As you probably noticed, 20ish (22 specifically) is when SRs become REALLY neat. You get quickness, you can add in hasten, you become a FORCE!

The only suggestion I could consider is trying to drop a couple things to make room for Aid Other (or Stimulant) and Aid Self. You must remember, SR scrappers don't have a self-heal. I went all 50 levels without it, but at times it really did become a problem and Dual Blades isn't a huge damage set. I ended up respecing into it and found my Kat/SR scrapper functioned much better for the change.

Also, the Weaken combo is going to be your friend. Use it and love it. It lowers the ToHit of the enemies. With your high defenses, it'll make things hit you even less!

Since this post is on the subject of DB/SR, I have a question; Is Elude, the top tier secondary power, worth getting or can I go without it?
