OH MY GOD DID I WANT TO TYPE WTF! SO MANY TIMES! I MEAN WTF WTF WTF WTF WTF WTF!
Do you mods just sit around and measure peoples sigs? i swear to god! if there was a fine for it, i would be broke! its really annoying and i find it totally useless!
WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL! if it is 1 pixel off do you people like *kitten* yourselves????!?!???!?!??!!?

If you followed the rules like most members there wouldn't be a problem. Why should the people who have signatures that are larger than allowed get off when others follow the size limits, even though they want to have a larger signature? I don't think that's very fair at all. So for the sake a fairness, Moderators enforce rules.

if there weren't rules, people could put like 8 1280x1024 screenshots in their sig. would you like that?
A line had to be set somewhere, and I think that where it was set is perfectly reasonable.

WHY do you need a big sig? Big ones don't make you anything better...just think of people who use smaller resolutions (for what reason ever)...I doubt they want their whole screen filled by your sig and I bet they aren't happy either having to scroll after each of your posts just because of a sig that's too large...
And after all, Mods are there to check if everything is running fine on the forums and enforce the rules...

Tbh I don't see why people need those elaborate siggies...I mean you have an avatar that basically personalizes every post why do you need a ginormous sig to go with it?
From what I recall your sig was gigantic...it took up a whole bunch of space on my screen at least.

well i like my old siggy and it was barely above the height limit a mod pm'ed me saying they were gonna delete it cuz it was above the limit. It was like 20 px above...not a big deal but ofc someone has to make a big deal out of it. I don't wanna resize it either since I don't like GIMP, and my PS trial ran out.
quit gw for good. end of story.

See, you probably have a 1680x1050 display like me, i have to be honest i dont notice space issues with pics on the forums or sigs, because of my huge screen size and room it has. So you probably have a big screen and don;t notice it, but still you gotta respect the other members because probably quite a few people here use 1024x768 monitors or 1280x1024 which is alot smaller then the big screens, kk?
And quit shouting take off caps, stop yelling at the admins, and if i might say you've been a little rude lately, cursing and stuff in some threads, just sit back and chill, its just a computer, just a website.

If it's 1 pixel off, how hard is it to resize it?
Even if your trial version ran out and you 'don't' like to use Gimp, either find a new signature or ask someone to resize it for you. Not that hard, and easier for the moderators to do their job.
Today, it's only 1 pixel. Tomorrow it's 2 pixels.
Ofc someone's gonna make a big deal about being told their signature is too big.

the sigs must be measured and kept restricted or else all the pages would take alot longer to load, with people on faster internet this may not seem like such a big deal, but for the people of GA still suffering the dial up plague it would make the pages take far to long to load...also id get rather annoyed if every other post had a gigantic sig so in conclusion quit acting like a child, the rules are here for a reason, the rest of us abide by them and so must you

Since when did internet become real world? I'm a bit confuse. Any ways I think what he meant was little mistake like 1 pixel more on the signature and people just gang up on him. In my opinion I think the only people have a right to judge is the GA staffs.

I don't think the mods are siotting whole day to measure a sig. You only have to right-click a picture > properties and you see the size..
And if it's too large, open it in photoshop or ask your friend to open it in his photoshop and resize it. It's really not that hard I think you could even do it ;)

He's complaining becaus ehis sig was only 1 pixel over the limit (which is next to nothing) and he recieved a private message to make it smaller. I Think it's a little ridiculous, 1 pixel isn't going to hurt anyone.
The sig rules were made when people had 2 page signatures it was kind of ridiuclous.

There is no place in his post that says it was only 1 pixel to big. The 1 pixel he is talking about is a failed attempt at being funny by exaggerating how strict the mods are. If it was 1 pixel over, they wldnt even be able to tell.
