Ok,
I am currently running a lvl 43 human/white dwarf combination peacebringer named Silver Puppy. I am designing the toon to be the ultimate gate crashing blapper. I am making the white dwarf form to be his "hard shell" so to speak. When things get over his head, he can get into this form and essentially survive. So far this tactic is working out quite well, and ive survived more than my fair share of team wipes when things get nasty. I have 6 slotted the white dwarf sublimination power with 4 numinas and 2 recharges, giving me a 21.7 second recharge rate and an 81% heal. (I used mids hero designer to calculate this all up) I'm looking for help to basically see what I can do to help speed this heal power up even further.
Any suggestions?

You can always select Hasten from the Speed Power Pool to increase your recharge rate. On top of that, you can also use Geas of the Kind Ones to boost it up even more for a short while. And then you can always team with defenders that has Speed Boost and Accelerated Metabolism, but that is just going over the top :)
