I was poking around on the gw wiki the other day, when i looked at some warrior armors. When I saw the warrior norn armor, I thought something was wrong.
Before EOTN came out, many armor pictures were floating around the net. One of those was this one:

If you look at the norn warrior armor, it has the following helm:
When EOTN was released, the norn warrior armor had this helm:
Why was it changed? Was it because those armors weren't official?
I'd like to know your points of view over this matter.

Hmm well I have to agree that the 1st edition looks much cooler. But than again.. I don't have EotN so that makes it good because now I'm not missing any big deal ^^
That's all I can say about it really.. Oh yeah I like that rit armor O.o

lol i would NEVER EVER wear neither of those, they look so extremely pathetically UGLY OMG!! xD but hey that's just my opinion yeah? ;p

Well, I'm still wondering why Anet didn't leave the armor as it was. Why did they have to change it? Obviously, they had already created the model of the helm, as it is seen both on the screen shots and in-game(the female norn warrior armor).

I don't think anyone but anet knows that tbh. It could be for any number of reasons.

Maybe they changed it because it looked too much like Elite Sunspear.
