I was doing a project on the Hundreds Years' War for my World History Civilizations class and I found out that it is beleived that the war started in 1337 to 1453. Thught that was pretty cool. Also for those that need some kinda proof. 1337 War

Eh? Sorry if I sound stupid, but what does BCE and CE stand for?
Edit: I just found what what BCE and CE stand for....and shame on you for using it. That teacher had every right to get mad at you. Because even if you don't believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior, he still existed as a real man in history. Heck, even the scientific community as a large uses BC and AD (even those who don't believe). So yeah, you shouldn't have used it. I personally would have dropped you a whole letter grade or two for the use of BCE and CE...because BC and AD are the CORRECT abbreviations. *sigh* Just another way non-believers like to bash us Christians.

Zephyr, just because someone believes differently than you doesn't make them a basher of your beliefs.
Anyway, interesting find, I'll have to look into it more.

I feel the same way.
People criticize me for my beliefs, but I don't critisize them.

oh no i'm not bashing bc or ad. Can use it if you like I don't care either way. the teacher did not even know what BC or AD means only reason she got mad was not because I refused it on certain grounds but because she thought it was correct use no matter. She did drop me a entire grade for using bce and ce but After I told her what it meant I got a A+.
Most people do not know what it means but I do and I refused to use it because I believe in separation but beyond that this is a gaming forum. Just because it is accepted don't make it right. Back to topic.
hehe 1337 elite
