i started playing again this month after a 10 mo break and i dont remember ne good spots for farming. i have the first 3 campaigns and i only have enough patience to get my warrior, dervish, monk, and poss ele to any good spots if ther not ther alrdy.. can you guys give me some good spots to farm w/ those profs, and can you still 55 the UW coz thats all i did on my monk. a 55 or 600 or w/e the latest build is that can solo the uw would be very ppreciated, assuming thier is one.
also, how do tomes work and how much harder is hard mode. thx in advance

okay, first look on PVXWIKI there you can find enough farming builds that suit your professions.
second: Tomes are skill unlockers for your PvE characters, you can get these in Hard Mode (HM) (more will be explained) normal tomes go for prices like 500 Gold, but Elite Tomes go for 7-15K (depending on professions) all you have to do is double click on them, select an already unlocked skill (easiest to do this is in PvP) and there you have a new skill to use in your builds :D
third: HM isn't that hard for farmers, the 55 monk still won't die if there aren't any enchantment removers. HOWEVER, it takes a lot longer, because groups of 4 monsters or more are pulled, some will run away and heal themselves, thus making it harder to kill them.
But if you pull groups of 3 you should be fine.
in HM monsters will sometimes drop a tome, depending on their profession you can get ;Monk tome, Warrior tome, Mesmer tome etc. etc.
there are 2 ways to get Elite Tomes.
1; Defeating bosses in HM (will not always drop an Elite Tome)
2; Opening an high end chest in HM.
i guess that's it :D

haha, i know how hard it is to understand so i did it as simple as i could. first my guildies tried to explain me what those tomes were, after a month i finally found out lol xD
i hope Corny22 finds this useful ^^

They added some pop ups in the UW to stop the bots from farming down there. they use the skill Rend Enchantments and it strips you of all of your enchantments and then they wand you and your dead. After a few runs you learn where they are and maybe you can find a counter. What I do is Dual 55 mo and SS necro with a guildy and he is the 55 with Spell Breaker. I do all the damage echoing Spiteful Spirit.
