I Have just been thinking latly has anyone tried using a touch ranger in the uw or FoW. IF anyone has Does it actually work?

i didn't try it out but i don't think it'll work because if u get hit-ur almost directly dead

I mean Aaxte can hit you very hard, graspings can't drain your energy and Smites can easily recover it

if you had a protect monk maintaining prot spirit than maybe it would be pretty good? surely your life gain would be greater than your loss.

hmmm, this may be worth trying, at least on aatxe, if you modified it so your ranger stances kept u under 75% block or blinded enemies most of the time it could probably easially take out the aatxe because getting hit for 100 every few seconds could be recovered no problem with the touch spells, graspins energy drain may hurt, as with thier interupts but as for smites, thier main heal is through reversal of fortune, so as long as you arent attacking and just using the touch spells they may not be a problem either...it would definately need to be tested but unfortunately my ranger is currently working towards legendary survivor so i cant try it just yet

i'm busy for the next 2days ;-)
but after that i might try it out, i just need to get some toucher skills...
and wouldn't the N/D touch build be better then ?
because i think u won't get any dmg then...not sure
with aura of the lich i mean. but u cannot block attacks so that might be a problem
skills:aura of the lich, dark aura, mystic regen, jaundiced gaze, blood of the agressor and some other thins
and then some normal touchers like sleep said

it could probably work.
5 touch rangers all with throw dirt and evade stances
2 monks (just in case something goes horribly wrong)
1 Elementalist to speed up the process.
it acually might be able to be done..... why did on one else think of this.
alt:
6 touchers, 1 monk, 1 ele
alt, alt:
6 touchers 2 monks
p.s. im game for testing it out.
