In the mail today after work I received a Christmas Card from Anet. Has anyone else seen this, or have they just finally realized what a GW addict and finally giving me some appreciation? It says on it 416 of 13000?

The cards are sent out to a select few. They just started doing this last year, I think. Nobody's sure how people are selected, though most guess that its a random sampling of GW players.
Are you sure it says 13000 though? Because that would mean a printed edition size of 13000 cards, which is an awful lot of autographing from the people at Anet. I heard somewhere else that it was only about 1000 cards, but that may just be a leftover from last year.
In any case, gratz on the card!

sry got a little finger happy on the zeros it is 1300.
I don't have a scanner so I cant put a pix of this card but guildie gave me a link to one on guru.

gratz with receiving a card. Maybe this year some more ampers will get one, if I remember correctly there was only one who got one last year, that or it was his friend...

I received one of the christmas cards, which I thought was a lovely gesture. I did buy some stuff through the on-line store this year (and I can't remember if the on-line store even existed this time last year). As it's been almost 2 years since I started playing, my memory is also a little hazy as to whether I had the option of providing an address when I registered for the game.
Regardless, Merry Christmas ANet GW staff.
