ok. i've been asking almost everyone i see with them and no one remembers the name. http://cityofheroes.gameamp.com/gallery/vi...shots/35686.php the boots in these. if they're wraps, don't say that. they have buckles! someone told me they could pick them right off the bat in character creation, and i can't find them. at all. after looking through every set of boots on all the sets of legs. please help! PLEASE! just the name of that skin that is lots of belts strapped over each other! GAWD!

Uh, I'm not sure yet, but I think your looking for the Sinister style. its in the same category as Justice and the new Enforcer and Jester style boots (I think).
Big Chill is a conscranker: he conrols a mob so they do nothing, scraps a target till they can't stand, and tanks what's left till the job's done.

Chill's right, its the sinister set from the CoH Good vs. evil bonus pack. If you don't have the good vs. evil edition, you can buy the upgrades for 10 bucks at cityofheroes.com
It comes with the justice set, sinister set, pocket VIP teleport power, and the jump pack (great for low level travel)

I think he means just the buckles under the spider shin-guard thingy.
It's called "buckled leather". My CoV toon avatar on my profile has it. When you are looking for it, remember that not all the costume parts are alphabetized.
If you are looking for the sick spider-boot thingies, yea, that's in the collector's edition.

No, the ones he is looking for are definitely Sinister. The Sinister and Justice parts come with the Good vs. Evil bonus pack, which, as Lightfoot27 said, is buyable for 10 bucks.
