I recently have purchased GW:EN, but heres the catch, it DIDN"T have the access key in it. I Got it from BestBuy and was wondering if anyone had the same problem and if they will exchange it for a new one.

I believe GW:EN is an expansion pack, and requires one of the following games:
-Guild Wars Prophecies.
-Guild Wars Factions.
-Guild Wars Nightfall.

You will need unequivocal proof that it wasnt in the box when you bought it. If you cannot prove it wasnt there (simply saying so will probably not be enough), i doubt they would exchange it.

They won't exchange it since it's already opened, but the key should be in an envelope that looks like a shield (red and gold odd shaped thing).

I opened the shield and it was empty.

Ok, well now you have proof that there was no actual code inside the box. The people at BestBuy can't argue with that kind of proof. They'll probably exchange it.

Have you opened it up fully and looked on the insides of the paper?

I opened the little plastic pack that supposedly had the key in it, i haven't taken the CD out of the holder at all.
As for the shield i looked everywhere in it, mainly expecting to see a printed code on it.

Take it back and exchange it. Make sure you have your receipt.
