| Cannot register Boosters need help |

So, I bought the Complete Battlefield 2 Collection. I was able to register my BF2 and BF2SF on the EA website, but I run into a problem when it comes to the 2 booster packs. Whenever I try to join a map from the booster packs, it tells me I have to buy the freaken thing. I tried to follow the directions given here:
1.
Go to the Game Accounts and Billing login webpage.
2.
Enter your Login and Password and click Sign In.
3.
A password confirmation page will follow, please re-enter your password.
4.
Click on the My Games tab along the top and look for the 'Battlefield 2 Booster Packs Collection' listing.
If you see the listing for the game then the code has already been registered to you and can not be used through the registration site again.
If you are receiving an error when you attempt to play the maps online and the registration is completed with your account, then the next step is to check the soldier name being used. From the My Account page listed above:
1.
Click on the Downloads Info tab along the top.
2.
Find the line to Edit Battlefield 2 Account Name.
3.
Enter the soldier name you use to play Battlefield 2 online and press ok.
But of course, I cannot find a Download Info Tab anywhere, so I got stuck there. That also lead to me being unable to edit my battlefield 2 account name.
Also, when I went to download both booster packs, the DL manager did not ask for my registration code. Could that be a problem? I am on the most recent patch (1.4.1) so I know that cant be wrong. I followed all the DLing instructions to make sure the game was up-to-date.
Can somebody please help me to figure out how to get my booster packs to work?
