Hey ya'll I am not able to get W-day Quests.
Are they repeatable every year?
I remeber doing them last year and the year before that on each of my characters.
Why are they not showing up?
I have talked to Joy and Scrappy Jim, and nothing.
Any suggestions would be appriciated.

Yes you can do them. And those two NPC's don't start them. Like every year, you have to talk to "Old Nicoles". He is near the Snow Globe in Lion's Arch.

also , "rift wardens" have two new quests which give out lots of candy canes .

well ive only gone to one and that was the one in lions arch not sure about other places but they should be.
