i have just purched the game and I am about to start a robotics build(cause the look awesome) but i could use some advice on what seconday to pick and why to pick that one.

First time MM? My advice is probably Dark Miasma. Why? First power is an are of effect heal, admittedly you have to hit a target first and be close enough to your pets for them to heal but in the end healing increases your survivability. Dark also has a lot of minus acc debuffs as well as tarpatch (slows and decreases dam resistance of a target). Dark also allows you to summon a servant later on for a short time (by this lvl you will have all your pet summon powers) so one more wont hurt. As you progress along the experience ladder you might want to look at other secondaries but read up on them first to know what they do. Good luck on the road to villainy =D

first power is a heal nice=) and not being hit as ofter and anoter pet is good so i guess ill try it out for a while and see how it works.

Hi and unwelcome to Gameamp. Thats for the vill side. New MM huh gotta love em. I have a 32 Mercs/Dark and a 18 Bots/traps. Hmmm lets see. As far as MM secondary plays out they are all nice.
Dark- Awesome slows and Debuffs and a group rez that doubles as a debuff. Not to mention the Pet and the tier 9.
Posion- Hard to master but awesome to play its debuffs are beyond what you could imagine. You could make someone hurt in PvP.
Trick Arrow- Its a mix of things and is really good for PvE not suggested for PvP.
Traps- To me its really fun but kinda of slow picking up. Everything becomes a blast when you get posion traps. If any of you PvP you know what I mean lol.
Force Field- What can I say its FF. Lots of goddies.
Point in turn anything sec is good its just how you use it but for someone new I say go with Dark.

so dark would probly be the best for pve dolo and group? as i dont like to play pvp that much.

I'm gonna send you down a different road.
Force Field !
By taking force bolt first, you can keep baddies off of yourself, then as you progress, the sheilding power adds a lot of defense to those robots you so lovingly crafted. Detention field, very useful for keeping "the boss" tied up whilst your robot army deals with his minions first, then you can concentrate on the big baddie.
As soon as you are able, or desire, at least lvl 6, get TP Foe. Nothing better than sitting back, sipping coffee, and dropping baddies into your strategically placed kill zone. Remember, as a MM, you shouldn't be thinkin so much about how YOU can do damage, more about keeping yourself safe so that you can keeps the Bots pounding. Once you get your protector bot, "she" gives you a deflection field as soon as she shows up.
I like hover too. Keeps you up out of the way, adds defence, and makes it WAY easier to get around with TP.
Mt MM is only Lvl 18, but with TP self, and personal force field, I can go pretty much anywhere i want, at the risk of losing my pets, but hey, they are ONLY machines eh. HEY, wait a minute....
