I've got 98.4% exploration in Cantha, but i'm missing the parts in fort aspenwood, jade quarry, and monestary overlook. Since no one ever does fort aspenwood and jade quarry, I can't get those, and monestary overlook is locked. How can I ever get up to 100%?

Thats tough. For Fort Aspenwood, you do get in eventually, just keep trying. For the Jade Quarry however, you have to get your guildmembers or alliance members to help you. For the monastery you are gonna have to wait till the festival comes I guess.

Have you unlocked the pvp arena from Shing Jea? That's worth some, also I just waited out the jade Quarry on a Saturday afternoon. Fort Apsenwood is usually busy though...?

Heya i feel your pain on this because it took me about a week to get the last 1% before textmod:
Firstly Jade quarry yeilds 0.5 (0.3 if you scrape the edges of the outposts around it)
Secondly Fort Aspenwood yeilds 0.6 (0.5 if you scrape the edges of the outpost around it)
Thirdly monestary yields 0.2/0.3 (but again you can scrape most of it from inside the monestary)
I got the title with neither the monestary or jade quarry for reasons that i couldnt get in.
I would suggest getting textmod if your not using it already, there must be areas that you have missed because 1.6% is still alot (16 small places)

Good news, I did Jade Quarry and Fort Aspenwood, and a friend showed me a trick to get extra % in Eredon Terrace, so I don't need monestary anymore. I am now 100% Canthan Grandmaster Cartographer =D.
