Order of the Watchtower (OotW) is a guild fighting on the side of Order. We our going to be a fairly small guild with maybe around 20 or 30 people, because we feel that we will have a much better experience with a smaller group where we can get to know our members and play with them directly, instead of just handing out our name with nothing to show for it. We have a democratic style of running the guild. There is a Leader who commands the entire guild and there is his Second and Third that share in power and responsibility. Also a special rank called Honorary Guild Lieutenant that will share in some minor responsibilities. If we get around 16 or so dedicated members, we will have two squads built, one being Destiny and the other called Legend. These squads will be pretty permanent so that the members can get to know people in the squads and feel a sense of belonging and connection with the members in the squad. The guild will do various things, but personally I am excited about sieges and Keeps. I like to consider myself as a strategist and feel that making plans and doing things with actual tactics is a lot more fun than running into a fight blindly and getting everyone killed. In the Order, we are a team and do things as a unit, the individual has no meaning in the Order and each member contributes to the guild even if he/she is doing the most simplist part of his/her job. I know I am a bit of a role player at times and this guild may be somewhat of a role playing guild in a sense that I run a group that is or needs to be trained and be pretty good and mature in how they play. But I just want to have fun, we as a guild want to have fun, but do it in a manner that calls for glory and a name for ourselves. When we sack our enemies cities, people will look at us and say "Looks like we may win this one cause' the Order of the Watchtower is here".
