i was just wondering if blinding powder will alert enemies to my pressence in PvE when i am hidden/stealthed.

Well, Caltrops doesn't unhide you in PvE, but it does make enemies know you're there, so logically it would either be the same for Blinding Powder, or actually unhide you.

Good question my friend. Ok it is always questions around the toys that nin gets. Blinding powder is a pretty neat power I have been able to confuse people with it which is neat. It does take you out of hide BUT it works just like the smoke gernades that the NPC's toss at you. If slotted right it does great, but it isn't advised for PvP.
