Hey guys Merry Christmas. I have a question about taking a secondary power set. I am getting the game for Christmas and I have been trying out a few stalker builds for pvp on a trial account. Now I am about to get the game I am ready to make my stalker. I am wanting to make the best stalker for pvp. I have decided to go with Energy Melee for my main powers but, I have read alot on which is better for pvp Regen or Ninjutsu as a secondary. I hear alot of people say there is no reason to go regen because its better on scrappers and stalkers get Ninjutsu. Its hard to tell which is better for pvp because I have seen alot of people say they are both good for pvp.
Could someone please tell me pros and cons of both power sets and what would kick more butt in pvp for a Energy melee stalker.

Level 26 MA/Ninjitsu
Level 39 Spines/Regen
Sounds like fun xD
Regeneration
Pros: Fast Healing Rate (duh), Little Downtime between fights, Two Self-Heals, Tier 9 power increases both Defense AND Resistance, Tier 7 (Instant Healing) greatly increases regeneration rate for a couple minutes, allowing you to become much more scrapperish, Mez Prot also increases regeneration, only one toggle.
Cons: Click Happy (A lot of click powers, so hasten is good to get), almost no resistance or defense other than MoG, MoG undoes all regeneration and reduces your HP to 25%, No perception, Its greatest weakness is -regeneration, which a lot of Corrs/Defenders/Controllers have.
Powers to get to help make up the cons: Hasten, Stamina (Always needed with Energy Melee), Tactics, Stealth (More stealth and more defense.)
Ninjitsu
Pros: Defensive (As a stalker you get in and out of fights quickly, so having that defense makes it so that even if a hero does get in a shot right before you kill them, the shot will most likely miss.) A self heal, mez prot that includes resistances to fear and psi, Caltrops, Perception included, A PBAoE Placate, A Cone-Based Confuse/Sleep/-Perception toy, and a wicked Tier 9 power that increases defense.
Cons: Rather endurance heavy when coupled with EM, no knockback protection, no resistance to Smashing/Lethal, only two toggle defense powers, the toys are situational and have annoying recharges, the Mez Prot is click-based (Some people don't like this,) No Auto-Powers.
Powers to get to undo the cons: Stamina, Acrobatics, Stealth, Hasten.
I'd suggest Super Speed for both EM/Regen and EM/Ninjitsu, since SS is commonly used by Stalkers to get away. If you have travel-problems in SC, exemp down and get a Jump-Pack or buy one.
