| Paladin Quest - Daphne Stilwell |

So Daphne Stilwel is supposed to be in a house on the edge of Longshore. I've been north... I've been south... I can't seem to find her either in game or on this site. The quest was given in Stormwind City (around level 20, although it's a 23 quest) but she's not on a zone map, nor is she an NPC listed on the site.
Anybody remember where she is?
