where dxd file and how to copy txt file & where i can put it
pls help

Assuming you mean DirectX with Dxd and are running Windows XP:
Click "Start".
Click "Run".
Type in "Dxdiag" and hit Enter.
Wait for program that launches to do its work.
Click "Save all Information" and then choose for txt file.
Save to your desktop.
This generates the only relevant Dxd text file that I know of.

Well, how about:
- Not starting a new topic every time you reply to someone trying to help. Makes it rather hard for us to keep track.
- Describe clearly what you're doing / trying to do when you run into this error. I assume "entry point not found" is an error message?

The problem with the DirectX is the most seen problem.
I allready resolved my DirectX.
Its not so Hard really.
You just need more advanced V. card my friend
And download you DirectX again, This time get the latest one and Install it in The DirectX folder.
If your Grapchis cards doesnt not meet the minimum requirements then you can't play PK
If you dont got a new one.

Hello! I had installed painkiller and when I try to run the game it says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.". I had downloaded "Painkiller CD Quick Fix" but when I install it in the painkiller folder and again try to run the game it says "Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart application" -> Please Help!

Check this link where your issue is mentioned as one of the 4 most frequently occuring issues. Good luck. I'm behind a "Smart"Filter so can't access the page at the moment. Google's deion looks like it contains solutions though.

Painkiller by itself has nothing to do with it.
Look at the article:

Don't install any cd-fixes, because you actualy don't know which is which.
Now, tell us your system specs, what kind of Painkiller you have, what version and so on!
You have already created 6 topics about the same problem and you don't listen to what i say! Then you again "please help" - how can it be helped if you don't listen to what we speak?

PROBLEM:
ERROR: The application failed to initalize properly - 0xc0000142
RESOLUTION:
VERIFY THAT YOUR COMPUTER MEETS THE VIDEO CARD REQUIREMENT FOR THE GAME
To identify the name and the memory of your video card:
1. Click Start, click Run, type dxdiag in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Click the Display tab.
3. Under Device, look for Name and Approx. Total Memory.
4. Click Exit.
The Approx. Total Memory value must be 64 MB or greater. In addition, the device must be a video card and NOT an integrated graphics controller such as Intel, SiS, S3, or VIA. Contact your computer manufacturer if you are not sure whether you have an integrated graphics controller or a video card.
DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF DIRECTX

As of the Painkiller v1.35 Update, DirectX 9.0c is required to run the game. Visit the following Microsoft Web site to download the latest version of DirectX:
