alright so i log in and get into game fine. then at any given point, could be 5 min, could be 2 hours, the game just black screens. And somtimes it says graphics card stopped working but has recovered. some times it just says that CoV has stopped working, and i have to click end program now, and close the program then restart it :S
any suggestions??
I have windows vista
graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

Hmmm.
Drivers are ok and up to date?
How is the fan on your card doing? Still truning?
I'm inclined to suspect it's not.

How's the ventilation in your case? This is usually a sign of a hardware issue, however most of the time it's overheating. Shut down everything and unplug the box. Spray the CPU and Graphics card fans down with canned air and make sure any dust or particulants are out of them. Also make sure the vents in the case aren't clogged up.
