Ive been trying to get this badge, and so far i have all the required badges but one... the coldhearted badge.
any ideas on where a lvl 28 MM could hunt for the monster required for this badge?

Sharkhead has some hellfrost, or you could do the hordlings in Cap

I got mine in Cap. There's an island not far from the Rogue Isles Ferry (Not the PO Ferry) that's full of low level CoT including some Hordlings and a few Hellfrosts. I got a team of 3 and we all got the badge in about 15 minutes.

Aye go to the small island on sharkhead on the East of the map, theres plenty of lovely demons around the border, or simpler (but no exp) go to cap and punish those stupid little hordelings, its generally quicker in cap
You can find the hordelings alll across mount Diable
