Old signatures

When I put my holiday signature in, I copied the old signature code to notepad. Is that code backed up somewhere or is retrievable somehow? I can't seem to find the text file with my old code in it.

Thanks.

RE: Old signatures

make a notepad document and click, Save As. Most likely, the document is in the default folder.

I believe CSWELLA was reccommending that you check for your missing document in the folder a new text doc. would be saved to by default. If you cant find it I think you are out of luck, no backups of such things are kept on site as far as I know. :(

hmm note pad eh? well right click my computer and click search then in the file name box type *.txt and click go/search it will bring up all the text files on your computer then look at each one in turn. if you can remeber the date that you saved the text file then you can arrange all the text files by date and go looking for files made around that date.
