Survivor..............denied

Hello every one well i started this monk and i wanted to make her have the survivor title but i died just now and i dont know if i should restart her or continue playing, i just cant decid???!!!!!

what would u guys do

PS i died in the catacombs during the necro quest with those wird explosions

definetly restart..
cus it doesnt take u more (or less ive heard) than 4< hours to get survivor title

I got mine on Rt in 5 hours 58 mins.. (no scrolls, only quests etc)

It's easy to get r1 in Factions.
If you wanna go further the best way is to get to Lutgardis Conservatory and do the FFF runs. People run it with heroes, you get 150g per run and people tend to charge you 100g per run, so basicly you still have a 50g profit.

FFF is Fast Faction Farming.
It's a repeatable quest in Lutgardis Conservatory which gives you 2000xp, 400 Kurzick Faction and 150g as a reward.
There are people doing it with 3 Heroes and 2 Henchmen. They flag them where the quest triggers. Then you take the quest and reward. It's extremely safe because you have to wait at the portal.
The run to get 10,000 Kurzick Faction is 25 times the quest, which is about 30 minutes.
Now the calculations:
25 * 400 = 10,000 Kurzick Faction
25 * 2000 = 50,000 xp
25 $ 150 = 3,750 gold

Runners often charge you 100g per run
25 * 100 = 2,500 gold
3,750g - 2,500 = 1,250 gold

So on a full run (when you reach 10k faction) you earn:
50k xp for you survivor
10k kurzick faction, which you can trade for Amber, and sell it
1250 gold
And that all in about 30-40 minutes.

Not bad? I think so :)

You should remake ur character. Rank 1, 2, or even 3 is not hard to get at all. If you do all missions and quests it should give you close to 1 mil after that just skill cap I guess or join HFFF. Surviving ain't hard, just gotta play ur game right.

I'm trying to get Legendary Survivor but i haven't been very succesfull so far. But because i restarted every time, i got 5 times Survivor (1) it the last week and i can tell you, if you're careful, it very easy. If you find it hard, here are some tips and hinds

Tips:
Always start in Factions since there are the most quest. On all my Survivor attempts I got lvl 10 in one hour and lvl 20 in 6 hours. You can go to LA later if you want.

If you've got the money, buy the best armor available with Survivor insignias and best vigor rune with a +30 sword/axe/spear and a +30 hp shield (a max armor shield still gives +8 armor if the req is not met). High health/armor not only makes you harder to kill but the AI tends to attack weakest targets first. To determine this, they look at your hp, armor level and char. lvl.

If you don't mind what prof you are, make a necro and go MM because they act as a "shield" and at high lvl DM, the minions do quite a lot of dmg and it's also easier to stay away from the fighting. If you take Dark Bond (blood magic), you will get a lot lesser dmg and with Taste of Death, you can easily heal yourself. If you can't buy the skills in the Monastary, unlock them in PvP first.

Dangerous:

As a necro, one of the first quest in Factions where you have to go into a cave with Su and 3 others and you have to clear the Nagas inside. The Naga Sybyls use Spirit Rift which deals quite a lot of dmg since you're only lvl 3 or even lvl 2. You can easily dodge SR because the dmg occurs after 3 sec and you can see when it's cast on you.

Aflicted Explosions, especially the assassin boss right before the quest that leads to Zhen Daijun.

Remember once you get to lvl 10 try to get to EOTN as quick as possible so you can get to Kilroy's Punchout Tournie, very easy exp and almost impossible to die =D

yeah i had 1 death when i got to lvl 20 on my mes :( I didn't wanna restart him cuz i had already gotten elites, and almost all skills for him, plus i had gotten the ectos and shards for his armor :/ I have nobody to blame but myself...
