Hard mode bosses drop the ELITE ones and u can also normal ones and elite ons in chest normal foes in hard mode drop regular tomes.

He means a spot where they will drop more often I think. And because you don't see loads of monks in the same place except for smiting I would look for places where smiting monks are. Like the Azures outside Camp Rankor. You could probably make a 55 build with a Mo/D adding the skill Fleeting Stability to prevent yourself from being knocked down.

There's a boss that ppl use 55 with sv for elite monk tomes but i forget which one

I got back about a month ago and I have been lurking around the forums but still getting used to everything again!
