When i see Eye of the North stuff (armor/ogden/NPC's in Eye of the North(town)..) they all have white dots on the edges of everything?
I don't think it's my computer because everything is on High...
So is it just me or does someone else have those dots?
(not sure if it's in the right section and stuff but....)

To take a screenie with out guildwars "fixing" the Graphics, Hit printscreen like you would to, BUT go to Microsoft Paint and hit paste. :D

As Chrisworld said, try that.
Could be anything from your deion, could just be the pixely edges at a low resolution for instance.

Get a nice cloth over your monitor please, if it truly doesn´t show up at all on your screenshots, even with the ''anti-fix proof'' method, it could actually be your monitor.
Maybe you can adjust some settings just to test it out? LCD's can have that when a certain color is required but the pixel in particular can't change into that color, its called Dead Pixels, you might have that for all i know.
Its unlikely, but we're in the dark here, beats the guy i once read about that replaced 3 monitors because his game froze ;)

Maybe his res is off?
Give us your monitor type and size and if possible Widescreen or Not Widescreen Type Monitor.
*****EXAMPLE: 15 Inch LCD non widescreen AND i would reply "OK run at 1024x768 resolution"******

6 year old? Do you have a big monitor? Not LCD Flatpanel?
If so, have you tried to Degauss it? CRT monitors have that option usually, it could be that something magnetic is close by, such screens are quite sensitive to that.
Also, 6 years is a long time for a monitor, could be that its starting to show aging problems. I've had mine for 4 years, but its 7 years old in total. its a wonder it hasn't exploded yet.

If you found Degauss in the options of your screen, and it still didn't solve anything, then i guess two things (im not too technological)
- Aging Monitor
- Reinstall Videocard Drivers
Depending which card you have, you can download drivers for modern day Videocards here:
Nvidia Drivers
ATi Radeon Drivers

Seen the picture, whatever i could figure out, its weird.
I doubt its the monitor though, dead pixels can be nicely cancelled out as its a CRT. So far i heard they dont have that problem.
What i just thought is its possible that you might want to open your computer tommorow, and blow out the dust, big chance that your card is getting a lil bit too hot, and you got a very mild form of onscreen Artifacts. Just to be sure i didn't skip anything that is :)
further then that, maybe something will pop up soon.

If you can, please try reinstalling your driver, also, check if your Graphics Card might be collecting a ton of dust.
If you are unsure what videocard you have, just go to Start > Run > (type:) Dxdiag
On one of the tabs it should say which type of videocard you have, and what manufacturer, try that, could be that your driver just got corrupted, its no rare thing.

Some people notice pixely edges on a 19 inch screen that got itself overkilled with the 1600x1200 resolution, just saying, some people see such minor details faster then others, in my opinion, the less you see, can usually be better.
(you'll be less picky about graphic options :)

reinstal isnt the thing you said before?..
the:
Depending which card you have, you can download drivers for modern day Videocards here:
Nvidia Drivers
ATi Radeon Drivers
PS :downloaded+installed the driver didn't work it's still there...
so the reinstall:
problem is... those ...... of the shop i sold pc from didn't gave me cd-roms/dvd's from everything
they said
"everything is on pc just write it on a disk..." and don't wanna look into 13 Cdroms for 1thing...
(something HP Recovery)
but guess nvm :( i think i have to live with it... and don't think it has something to do with gw... because i see everything fine
every armor, every hero,..
but i can say from far away "that's gw:en armor...." just by those white dots....
think it's gw:en itself not just guild wars otherwise i should see every other charr like that no?
anyway thanx for all the help...
weird no one else has seen it... (exept on that screenshot)

HP recovery you say?
May i ask you something?
Is your current Computer a Compaq?
If so, the biggest problem right now into my mind is that your most likely run on an Integrated Graphics Card.
Intergrated graphics card are good for browsing, and simple games. But games with sometimes Heavy things, such as Guild Wars, isn't what its good at.
Big chance your Integrated graphics chip just cant render certain graphics of your game anymore. No offense intented here, but if you do have integrated graphics, you truly dont have one of the best things to game with.
''Embedded'' Graphics Drivers
Just a vain attempt, maybe that works? (you didn't tell me what DxDiag said about your Videocard, could say Integrated or something.
