OK well i have this friend and he has a guild Wars account (no doh ) and he wants to play again, but he does not remember the password now the problem is that he also forgot the password for his email account so he is totally screwed is there anyway i can help him or better said how can he fix this???

Best bet is to just try to retrieve the email password, and try every random password he ever used that he can remember.
You could contact Anet support, but considering he forgot everything, little chance.
But hey, its worth the shot.

There is really no way for us to help him. He has to remember his password to his e-mail. He can try the password reminder to said e-mail. And if that doesn't work, he needs to contact PlayNC Support. He will also need to have proof that the accounts are his, example, he needs to have the key codes that he used on his account.

we can't help him, he'll just have to contact ArenaNet.
And how on earth can you forget your password :P

you can mail a-net, like i did when i my email and GW was hacked. they helped me out and i got my GW back. within 10 days.
all you need then is:
*another email-adress
*a copy of the game-activationcodes
