| Trojan Downloader Detected |

There is a new trojan downloader filtering through gameamp, called css, being downloaded to our computers by www.exponentialsls.com. I reccomend you add www.exponentialsls.com to your restricted sites list. As far as I can tell, all anti-virus programs can defeat this trojan, but better safe than sorry.

I'm getting it too. My antivirus flags the attempt and blocks it each time I log into the site or even just change pages on the site. The irritating thing is that I can't seem to get it to restrict so that it doesn't keep trying anytime I open up the site.

Mine isn't reporting anything, so I'm guessing it's a false positive, but I'm sure the devs are looking into it.

It's not a false positive. It's in the advertizing somewhere. You probably have ads disabled.

Naw. I never disabled ads. I still haven't seen it pop up though.

It is still good to have this heads-up for ppl. I'm not having these issues either, my firewall and pop-up blockers must've grabbed them.
Big Chill is a conscranker: he conrols a mob so they do nothing, scraps a target till they can't stand, and tanks what's left till the job's done.

I have yet to notice anything. Not sure if this effects it but are the members noticing this IE, Firefox, or whatever users?

I'm a Windows Vista IE user.
I have Norton Anti-Virus updated etc etc. Bottom line, make sure your Virus Protection is updated whenever you do any internet stuff. Period.

The problem with stuff like this in ads is that it's very hard to track down which one it is.
Goooooogle Ads is very "smart" software. it shows ads based on the page's content (why amp gets lots of gold-seller ads) as well as recipient's location. I strongly doubt you guys get Dutch ads for Post Menstrual Stress medicine on your PM page. I do though.
So not seeing it doesn't mean it's not there. It is, just not for you.
Ok, of to order more drugs online now :-)

Well, in my case, it seems to be gone now. I haven't even logged on here in the past couple of days because while it wasn't getting through my anti-virus except as a warning, it was really annoying. Hopefully, it's gone for good.
Oh yeah, running XP with IE.

Just because your anti-virus program doesn't report it doesn't mean you aren't getting it, detecting it and removing it. Not all anti-virus programs report on detection. Most have a preference setting to let you decide for yourself whether you want it to automatically heal without notification.
